Makes it tough for an honest person to compete. I do think a lot of the blame is our lack of personal communication. It's too easy for people to lie there aZZ off when not face to face. So easy to be whoever you want to be on social media. Most reporting is check off 'yep, I did that' no back up. Emails to bosses that never get out from behind their computer. Nobody knows there is a problem till it's too late. Then those responsible BS their way out and move on. Look at all the CEO's that get a big severance and another big gig after they get busted. With examples like that why would 'the little guys' do **** right?
