Stop in for a cup of coffee

Have you dun some repetition (allot of moving) with it yet ? my wrists and shoulders do fin until I grab a screw driver and removing screw or using a pair of pliers for over 20 seconds, I lock up.. a door knob is a good therapy and that was what my doc put me ta doing after my shoulder repair surgery

I exercise it during the day... When it feels stiff, I stretch it...

I'm not sure if pushing it till it hurts is helping or holding it back...

But I've been trying to keep it on the edge... Seeing how far I can push it...
