Well, now that you asked.... :poke:
The youngest kid just took a quick 3 day trip to Detroit... I think I mentioned the day he left a few pages back... He has a follow up interview tomorrow and wanted to get this trip out of the way in case he gets the job offer....
Anyhew... He took his pistons for his 360 build for his 68 Valiant Signet more door that he picked up last summer to the head guy (who also does whole engines)...
He reconditioned the stock 360 rods, installed new rod bolts, and pinned them to the new Sealed Power pistons.... Had it done in 3 days and for $100 less than the local machine shop here... He just got back two hours ago...
Look at the job they did, especially on reconditioning the crank bore...
