Thinking of producing these for sale. Feedback please

I would buy a set to get me driving sooner. Only so much money to go around and I have to spend it on the body first. It might be a few years before I can afford the factory made ones.

Stack a couple panels, forming steps and a bit of filler and let the sculpting begin. Have been planning my panel replacement since i got my car,my panels are mush. Need to check my leather supply. A large tote was given to me years ago, maroon and grey.

I think those look fantastic! If I still had an early A, I would buy some. Nice work.

I am interested for my 65 Barracuda. Keep me informed

How would they mount to the door? Any way to use the original clips or would you have to use screws?

They are very light. Secured by original top door trim and two screws down low you can barely notice.
Original fasteners could be used if bare panel was covered in fabric.

I really think you are on to something. I see the most use from the early A cars, but would work on an model no doubt! I am not familiar with the board you are using. it is totally moisture resistant I guess??

There is a market for everything, If you have the gumption I see allot of sales in you future.
The owner of Year One started out selling used Pontiac parts out of his mother's basement and now is worth millions !
I applaud you. !!

I THINK YOUR IDEA AND CONCEPT ARE EXTROADINARY. I AN NOT TO THAT POINT ON MY CAR YET BUT WOULD CONSIDER YOURS BEFORE SPENDING A LOT WITH ONE OF THE PARTS PLACES. I THINK YOU SHOULD RUN WITH IT. MANY A MULTIMLLION DOLLAR BUSINESS HAS STARTED IN A GARAGE OR BASEMENT. GOD HAS GIVEN YOU THE IDEA, NOW USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. I WISH YOU WELL.

Working on finding affordable bulk material, setting up business shipping account and refining my technique. I'm a one man show but really considering moving forward with this.
Thinking of starting with a run of 25 trunk boards then eventually door panel build your own templates, plain panels and detalied panels.
Thanks for all the positive feedback and will pm members here that have expressed interest in purchasing first when I get some product going.

I am very interested for door panels for my 66 Dart 2 door plain jane and a trunk panel let me when Thanks

forgot to ask you, did you clear the selling of these with Joey? The only reason I ask is that I wanted to sell some decals here and Joey flat out told me I could not. Beware of the man!

I do not advertise for them here on fabo. Use other outlets but occasionally interest pops up on here and i respond. This thread was over a yr. old before recent post resurected it.

If you are producing these items, would be great if you could refer members to a site for them.
