This is no joke. there's a lady at my local branch who is an absolute rude *****. If I ever when the lottery, I've said for years that I'll go in there a withdraw a huge amount of cash in pennies. The bank has a policy that if you ask for rolls of coins, the teller has to bust the roll and manually count each and every coin . Doesn't matter if you're getting a full roll or not , has to be done.
