Bolt on wheel covers for 64 Valiant

Hi, I've finally gotten around to finishing the interior and wheels/tires on my 64 Valiant convertible. It came with the dog dish caps, but I've had a set of the full bolt-on wheel covers I'd prefer to use. But I can't seem to locate any lug nuts that are long and skinny enough to use on the bolt-on covers. Any suggestions of where to go? Attached is a pic of the style wheel covers I'm working with. Thanks for the suggestions
