Well, if you switch to .023 and add the gas, check your polarity and practice a little, i think you will suprise yourself. I found flux core a nuisance to weld with. Bet you wont want to go back.
Since I got the welder used, it wasn't setup correctly. I am not sure what is going on, but it has .023 wire in it, but the tip is a .030 and I am not certain the correct roller is in there. I have to check that.
But I otherwise have everything else. I am hoping to get all that sorted here shortly, so I can practice. The flux core I have been welding with is a lincoln quik weld and only does flux.
