Mig Welder

Since I got the welder used, it wasn't setup correctly. I am not sure what is going on, but it has .023 wire in it, but the tip is a .030 and I am not certain the correct roller is in there. I have to check that.

But I otherwise have everything else. I am hoping to get all that sorted here shortly, so I can practice. The flux core I have been welding with is a lincoln quik weld and only does flux.
The roller in the machine has two grooves in it. it is probably on the larger one right now. Take out the phillips screw and flip it over so the wire rides in the smaller groove. You will need to get the correct .023-.025 tips ad having the .030 will make it want to arc to the tip instead of the metal and it will hang up and just be a total pain in the butt. Set it so the polarity is positive to the gun block and stat with a E 3 or F 4 setting on the dials.
