yeah I believe they are because if they loosened the mount wouldn't have let go , do you get that I am saying it seems like it was forced into position when it was assembled and that put a side load on the mount causing it to fail ? Whats the other mount look like ? is the fan crooked , run a string from the front centre of your oil pan to the centre of the differential , are the trans and drive shaft straight down that line or is the trans kicked to the passenger side ? bet it is .
