1982 Dodge W150 Truck - Rust Free
What all you have to go with the hemi?
It was a complete engine. The guy I bought it from pulled it because it was making noise. Turns out the timing chain guide had come unclipped and the chain was touching the steel of the guide. The engine came out of a Ram 2500 that lived in michigan so the block has some crust on it but looks to be in good shape. It had 170k on it.
So the usable parts that come with are:
The block
Crank
rods and pistons
timing cover
heads and valve train
cam (if you want the stock cam)
valve covers
Intake
The oil pan was rusty and leaking, I broke a chunk out of the balancer getting it off, so it needs to be replaced, and there are 2 broken off exhaust manifold bolts I was planning to drill out. But any good machine shop can get those out too. I'll put a couple of pictures of what you can see with it in its stored condition on the thread.
I also have the wiring harness for it I will add in for another $50.
