I had oregon regrind a stock cam for me, and i love it. You will need either adjustable rockers or purchase new pushrods as a regrind reduces the base circle of the cam.
But I have a stock bottom end 5.9 mag, .028 head gaskets, port and polished heads, 3 angle valve job, behive springs, sbc 1.5 rockers with girdles, 1.75" headers, m1 singe plane, and a 750hp holley. Car sounds great and moves quite well.
Cam Specs, are 242/248 @.050 .550/.550 lift on a 110 lsa,
That is with a 3.55 gear, 28" tall tire, 904 w/ 3500 stall, and around 3000lbs give or take.
