Affordable 5 or 6 speed transmissions?

I agree with yellow rose drive it!
Many times trying to shift it a a standstill, the clutching teeth end up offset and the slider will not go over. Or a brass ring will lock on and then perhaps nothing inside can rotate until you un-lock it, by letting out the clutch in whatever gear you can get, and letting the engine break free the sticky brass.
You need to drive it.
A really nice combo I have found is this one; 3.09-1.91-1.39-1.00-.78od and use it with 3.55s. This will get you a 10.97 starter gear and a 2.77 cruiser gear. Plus the Gvod can be used as a splitter for some additional ratios.
