IMPORTANT if your hand held shows an RPM with the key on and engine off fuel is also being dumped down your intake. Unplug your O2 sensor and see if the issue goes away. If so....read on

I got the software update 3002 3001 T198i and that fixed my issue.
(I had to uplug my O2 during the first portions of the work to keep the injectors from firing)
