Gee whiz. the "general term" for those is "Morse cable." If there are any truely industrial outfits in your area, some can make "to order" control cables.
So they are a lot cheaper that way, or?
Seems like a lot of very specific information would be needed to make them, and if they got one thing wrong then...
The OE one went 4 years, so I'm expecting this one to last a loooong time since it isn't running close to the headers any more.
