62 Valiant head light bezels

The automatic brake pedal in my '61 Lancer keeps my brakes applied (a little) after I release it. Can you tell me if there is a brake return spring on the pedal in the '62 Valiant? If so, how is it setup and what would you want for it? Thanks.
