So I have a 70 Dart and my flywheel needed replacement. I have never done that involved of a car repair job before. I asked a local member on this forum for his advise/help. BB73Challenger offered to help me out. This awesome dude gave up his weekend to come over and help me do the job. He patiently guided me as to what order we took the drive train apart and then put it back together. I now have a good understanding as to how my cars drive train works. This has greatly increased my confidence concerning my mechanical ability. Thanks to this forum for bringing good people together as I consider him a friend.

Great story! Thanls for sharing and posting! Congrats on the new friend and revamped confidence.

Neat story. thumbs up for BB73Challenger

You always feel more confident about working on a project when you have someone else that knows what you are doing and yes it will increase your knowledge tremendously. Congrats to you both.

For someone to take the time to mentor a novice is massive. Says a lot about mechanics who care. Kudos to BB37Challenger

Greg is a great guy and it was my pleasure to help out.
Thanks again all for the kind words and the smile on your face was all I needed during the test drive!
That's a really nice Dart he has!
The hobby has been good to me and I enjoyed the weekend.
