1969 Formula S owners needs help with Variable Speed Windsheild wipers

Pictures from top to bottom: LH Pivot Arm; RH Pivot Arm; Variable Speed Motor; Variable Speed Motor Crank Arm.
Also: FYI: My Variable Speed Motor does not Park! I have to shut them off just past full stroke, and manually push wipers down.

I also see your bushings are different than mine?
