273 Supercharged...ITS HAPPENING PEOPLE!!

Very nice to see your progress... regarding the valve covers, LA pieces will fit; I used a pair of vintage cast aluminum Mickey Thompson valve covers on my Magnum-headed LA 360 and they sealed up fine with regular cork LA valve cover gaskets. Ran that setup for about 6 years and 25k miles with zero leaks.
