I have a upper and lower cowl from a 65 Valiant. These will fit all 63-66 A bodies.
Both pieces have surface rust, but I don't think there will be any rot, once blasted and prepped. The lower is still in car and will be removed soon. $125.00 each piece plus

Not looking for metal, but by chance does the car you're parting have any original AC parts? Looking for compressor bracket/pully/mount. Also looking for airbox/condenser etc. Thanks.
