Somebody on FBBO might want the whole car. Theres a following for magnums. They are more rare than you might think The tachometer gage cluster is pretty rare and valuable to late B body guys.

Body wise it looks to be in good condition. Its sheetmetal is unique magnums.only. only 2 years 78-79. Very low production figures due to them being heavy cars and it being gas crisis era. Auto on floor with tach package. Desirable interior color. If i lived closer and wasnt up to my neck in projects i would concider it.
