Magical power wire

Thanks fellas I have the FSM at work. I have all the pin outs printed up. I have the ignition switch pin out printed up which matches the one above. Problem I have is that I'm just trying to run from the big plug to the PDC . The above mentioned blue wire goes to the fuse box not to the PDC through the big plug?
