Another Musician Gone Too Early

Jeff Healey was local to me(Lindsay Ontario) and when I say incredible, he was. About 30 years ago I was walking past a bar in Lindsay called Dedos and heard live music. Dedos was known as a dance bar(not my style) but this time some good rock n roll. Poked my head inside and there was Jeff Healey, sitting in a chair on the dance floor with guitar across his lap and playing it. Something looked odd(besides me in a dance bar), took me a second to realize Jeff was blind. Mesmerized by his guitar skills. Jumped on the pay phone(yes pay phone lol) called a couple buddies and said you gotta check out this blind guy playing guitar. Incredible.
