Qa1 adjustable strut rods
Hey everyone, I pulled these out of my duster and I won't be needing them. These are Qa1 52311 adjustable strut rods. The reason I pulled them was after awhile they started to make a rattle noise while driving at slow speed driving in uneven parking lots and such. The heim joint threads when screwed into the sleeve have a little side to side (rocking back and forth) play causing the problem. I cant see anything wrong with the threads/ or any stripped threads. Can't find any cracks or anything.
It doesn't appear to be wallered out either, so i'm not sure what's going on maybe I didn't have enough thread engagement? I have anti-seize on the threads so that's the grey stuff. Selling as is so please take a look at the pictures and make a decision if you can use them.
