Can you post a pic of the install of you Heidts pressure reducer. This is what you used to reduce the pressure for the borgenson ps box ? How does it work ? Do you know the pressure of the 5.7 hemi ps pump ? What did psi did it reduce it to ? I talked to borgenson and there ps box uses 1200-1350 psi ?

I have not felt the need to drop the pressure yet, and so do not have the heidts valve. It is an adjustable valve that bleeds flow into the return to drop the pressure. According to the service manual the relief pressure of a 1500 truck 5.7 pump is 1615 PSI plus or minus 65 2500 and 3500 are 1800 PSI pumps. I try to avoid full steering lock where the pressure spikes.
