What got you hooked on A-Bodies anyway?
Working in a Chevron station right out of high school for minimum wage ($1.65 hour) and looking for a car I could afford in 1973. Found a four door '65 Valiant 273 auto for $125.00 (when I rebuilt the motor at Community College, found it had one burned exhaust valve). Fixed it up a little after that (see foto).
