It's winter, whats your projects

On my Duster, I need to rebuild the A-500 I picked up a while ago so I can replace the leaky A-998 transmission. As part of the OD/LU control, I need to clean up the under hood wiring and install a fuse/relay box.
I have almost everything I need to put my 8 3/4 rear together but the 8 1/4 is still running strong so I'm putting that to the bottom of the list.
I will replace the gauges with aftermarket ones since I'm sick of using the speedometer app on my phone and the gauges screwed to the bottom of the dash where I can barely see them.
I will definitely finish my A/C installation because I really want to spend some time cruising the car next summer and I have become quite a pansy with regards to my creature comforts. I'm even considering power windows and cruise control.
Other than that, I'd like to recover the front seats, replace the carpet and clean up a few interior things that bug me. There are tons of other little things, like the better rear bumper I found could be put on, and the mint tail light trims. I have all these parts I have bought and not found time to install. Seems like I can handle big projects but the little stuff never gets done.
