Is there an actual advantage to BBP vs SBP?

Tire and wheel selection. Those were the primary driving factors of my choice.
I went with 18x265x35.
I may bee able to get 275s on it?

I didn't want to deal with custom one off wheels. Since I changed the rear end to 8.75 and had the choice, it was a no brainer. And, I'm replacing the front end anyways.

I wanted to go 16s but they present problems I don't want to deal with. I agree with those that don't like the look of the small sidewall, I don't either.

To avoid the clearance issues on the front I went with 18s. To take advantage of tire selection, 18s.

The biggest advantage is wheel availability and cost.

I have no doubt the larger set up is stronger, but that wasn't my main concern, I think the sbp is just fine. Wheel selection!
