I have a new a new Erson billet aluminum roller rocker kit in 1.6 ratio for small block engines using LA style heads. Kit includes the rockers, spacers and shafts. Part number is E918572.

These rocker arms utilize a shaft that is smaller in diameter but greater wall thickness than a stock shaft to allow more meat on the rocker arm for strength. The shafts come with sleeves that slide over the shaft to create a standard diameter area where the shaft sits on the pedestal and hold down. The assembly is easily disassembled by removing a clip on either end. The shafts are also equipped with threaded plugs on the end to allow for easy cleaning and inspection of the shaft versus the stock type press in plugs.

Description from the Erson catalogue is as follows

BILLET-ALUMINUM ROCKER ARMS

This high-quality, billet rocker arm is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum. The tip itself is made from bearing quality steel. The unique profile of this new rocker decreases deflection without increasing weight. Wider needle roller-bearings deliver better load distribution from high-pressure springs.

CHRYSLER BILLET-ROLLER ROCKER ARMS

These are “true” roller-rockers, with needle bearings at the pivot point to minimize the galling and breakage that can occur when using rockers with no bearings. A roller at the valve-tip reduces side load on the valve-stem. Bodies are machined from heat-treated 7000 series extruded aluminum (instead of the lower cost 2000 or 6000 series) for ultra-high strength. Unique truss-shape deflects less than any other aluminum rocker. Higher-than-stock ratios deliver higher valve-lift and greater effective duration. Wall thickness of the rocker-shafts is greater-than-stock to reduce flexing when using stiff springs. All shafts are heat-treated and centerless ground to ensure straightness.

This is a strong, high quality kit that was made here in America.

Price is $640 including shipping in the lower 48 states. I can ship internationally for the additional shipping cost. PM me with questions.

Do you still have these? Asking for someone else that hates computers.... Lol.

I have not checked into that myself. A call to Erson would answer that.

Also a company like Rocker Arms Unlimited can repai any rocker system including replacing roller tips, needle bearing assemblies and bushing rockers to replace the roller bearing models so no shortage of options to repair roller rocker or mechanical rocker arm systems.
