Heh. Yesterday I switched out a 12si alternator in my Wagoneer and did close to the same. I had this new "94 amp" in a box for a year or two. I've done this swap 1/2 dozen to dozen times. Knowing it may not have clocked, I carefully checked that. But I didn't think about the pulley until I went to slip on the belts. Fortunately, I was able to swap the pulleys without removing it again - but timewise it was still a loss.
