38086 three row radiator

There should be a stamped rectangle where a tag with the 7 digit number is applied. I don't know if this tag was placed with adhesive or laid in a solder bed. Maybe its not present.
I have 2 identical radiators here for 67 273 a-body. Both have 38086 stamped in the top tank. One has the tag with 7 digit number in place. The other does not.
I do know the one without that tag was rebuilt before I bought it. The pictures and details identified it for me.
