Net neutrality allowed the government to say yeah or nay to any expansion or contraction of services, certain marketing agreements between partners etc. The old web is now back like it was without the Feds having the chance to overly regulate everything in the name of fairness.

There are still plenty of laws already on the books to regulate the ways business must be conducted.
