440 source flywheel on LA360... weight question

Depending on how much the weights weigh, it can make difference. If the answer is holding you up, go ahead and assemble if the weight is accessible without having to pull the bell off. Once it's fired up, it'll let you know if the weight is not in the right spot....I would think.
