72 dart versus 73 duster window regulator

Trying to put together a 73 Duster for my buddy and his kid. This thing is pretty beat down, already finished the floor pans, now to the windows. the style of regulator the car has (73) has vertical flat slides with rollers, looks like 5 total rollers. I have donor doors that came off what I think was a 72 dart sport, with a round vertical post in the center. Now I guess my question is, are the single round post style better or worse that the 5 roller style. Should I put new rollers in the 73, or just swap out everything with the 72? If that is even accurate. Seems to me the single round post would be sturdier, you tell me.
