I agree best to skip the 'buzz' words. But I ignore them anyway. Nice to have in package, But some parts were never sealed in a package anyway. Even if it was what if the guy before me took it out to inspect it? To me its still new 'NOS' till it is installed. Ever get a part from the store that some numbnut stuffed the used one back in the box and returned it? :wtf::mad:
