Valve lapping questions

What people forget about exhaust valves is they are supposed to have wider seats. IMO, I like how wide those are. The more surface area the exhaust heat is dispersed on as it exits across the valve and seat, the more area there is to dissipate that heat. I think that's good for a street engine. But stick around. Opinions will vary. lol
