Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have no Idea what is going on at the War College today, could not get in for a bit all traffic stopped, looked like they were doing 100% car searches for a while on everything, then it just opened up as usual? A drill? NFI! Nice thing the commissary was just about empty made a fast trip of it.
