Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm clueless with this stuff. Do you mix it and then have to let it set up for a specific time?? Be cool if you could make a special batch in Farmington.
You mix it and let it ferment 10 days then bottle it with a spoon of sugar for carbonation. Then it needs to set a week or so before drinking. I hope to bring some to Farmington this year. I bought a Summer Shanty mix that I want to try and if it's good I can bring a few gallons of that. That mix makes 5 gallons. I think Lon (lkopaska) may bring some of his wine he makes. 20180202_161202.jpg
