My best cutoff discs are made by walter. Outlast anything else.
With grinding discs i use a wheel dresser to shape the disc for getting in to corners or if i need a radius i reshape it. Flap discs are a must for cleaning up welds. Yup.
Keep it up, you are putting a few of us to shame...
