That’s only because it is an active trademark. Writing a repair manual leaves you free and clear as long as you don’t copy any of their manuals do put the Mopar or Chrysler logo on anything. Writing about repairing a piece of equipment sold by any corporation is NOT copyright infringement and they can NOT sue you.
