Plug and play - Headlight Relay Kits

I have received my harness kit weeks (maybe months ago) but the car was at the body shop. Looking to install within the next few weeks. I do have one question: if I decide to do a trunk-mounted battery will it affect how I install this kit?

Can't wait to be able to actually see at night without having to have my Hi-Beams on.
