Stop in for a cup of coffee

I’m actually doing something very simple. I have changed my daily energy balance by 200-300 calories through a combination of slight portion reduction and mild excercise. That allows me to reduce my weight by around 3/4 lb per week.

Knocking off 50-75 calories per meal is actually very easy to do and a 20-30 minute walk added is also easy. Adds up to the target goal each day without
really trying.
Slow and easy is best for your body.
About 15 years ago the ex and I did Jenny Craig.
I dropped from 235 to 155. Took a year
A lot of people I hadn't seen during most of that time didn't recognise me.
Some thought I was sick.
I felt great. Kept it off for about two years. Then we went on a cruise.
