Where do you go that is actual pendot? Everything around here is private owned notary etc. I did see a listing for penndot 'counter' in the Burg. I think I paid them about $25 in their fees to process. But as said, I filled out NOTHING. Just sign and pay and its less than 5 minutes away. Worth it to me.
