None. I just bought an old plate for $8, took it to the Auto Tag place and they photocopied both sides and put the copies in with the paperwork. They ran the plate number and verified it was clear (not registered) and I walked out with my new antique registration in hand. I just had to pay the extra fee for using the old plate.
