I have a couple of them, just be carefull removing the drive very easy to chip the end where the cable screws on, should have a screw where grease is put in then gets to the shaft when you turn it.
Don't worry - didn't go that deep - just trying to understand the advance. Prob needs some lube up top - there's dried grease flung around inside the housing.
