I have arthritis (calcium) between my shoulder blades and at the base of my neck. The neck thing doesn't bother much but the middle back thing pinches nerves that effect my elbows and hands. When it acts up it feels like somebody hit my elbow with a hammer. I have a lot of finger tingling also.
