I bought a 67 Dart project where the previous owner patched/welded up the gas filler hole (drag only car). I'd like to restore the original filler hole. Let me know if you have a partial driver rear quarter or can cut out the area around the filler hole.

It's possible other years may work, I'm just not sure.

Thanks!

i have barracuda sheet metal

I should have mentioned that I have the Barracuda sheet metal (from you). It has a lot more "curve" in that area than the Dart (Dart is almost flat). I may use it. The plan is to bring both the Barracuda and Dart sheet metal to the body guy. His feedback on effort/cost will be the deciding factor. I like the B'cuda flip cap, but it's not a requirement.

I think I have a chunk of Dart sheet metal. From a 74 swinger. New steel from where I patched my quarter

If the others don't pan out I've got one you can have. I've got a skin that I've been cutting up for patches and don't need that section. It's got 8 holes vs the 4 in a factory section (for different style necks?). It's new in e-coat, but factory metal is probably better quality. And 67-76 should work for the section you need.

Make sure it is 67-71 all others are different. The flange depth is different and the holes are different.

72 -76 the neck sits on the outside of the quarter and the neck screws the quarter.

67-71 the neck is on the inside and the quarter screws to the neck.

Darts and scamps have 4 holes. Demons, Dusters and Sports have three holes
