NOS Goodyear tire LO,BO possibility?
I posted this NOS 8:15-15 bias black wall Goodyear tire I have, in the for sale section recently, ( more pictures there ) .
I know it is generally accepted that these cars left assembly with 7:75-15 tires
I read some time back in classracer.com, a blirp from a claimed authority on these cars and I quote
"A handful escaped with 8:15-15 Goodyears ( same tire as the Ford Cobra )" end quote.
L and T in date code indicate 1968 , its a made in USA tire.
A possibility ?...fact or fiction
