No - I'm off of 43rd by Clark Park. Stuff like that happens here every few years. The best (or worst) was someone circling the park late one night as fast as they could - took out a trailer with canoe on 45th, sideswiped a bunch of cars and flattened the metal and glass shelter at the 43rd & Woodland trolley stop. SEPTA never replaced it - Westbound riders aren't that important...
