Woo Hoo DL is not far my goal is to get the Demon ready for at least one pass at top end this year provided Charlie doesn't sell it. Last I heard no one is even sniffing due to his asking price of 1.2 million! Was at top end several times last year and tried repeatedly to ask and get permission to do a photo of the cuda and Challenger line up for a photo op but Charlie was opposed. I even tried to rent track on non race day no track prep no lights tower etc just stage cars for photo and he declined. Sure would have been easy money for him. You go racing in Minot and need a extra "pit" guy I can be easily bought for beer! I have not been to that track yet. Jamestown has their annual race at the airport and I am pre registered for it already, just trying to support their drive to build a strip there. If you come to cruise night in Fargo we have been parking at the funeral home trying to start a Mopar lot if you will. My Cuda looks funny lined up with all the beautiful show cars but I don't care, gives folks a chance to see the other side of the hobby. I unstrap, toss the steering wheel on the dash and let em all ask why don't you have any headlights! Hah! It is spooky getting in and out with the spooled 433 rear since the officials swarm on any tire chirping. I wait till coast is clear and idle away while it is still light! Track cars in town not always greeted warmly. But they are actually pretty cool about it provided you don't act like an idiot. It is a huge revenue generator. Not sure how many cars attend but it is a bunch they always toss around the 800- 1,000 number but that seems like a lot. Sorry this got windy
