The wheel shop I use can powder coat them clear, no problem. It runs around $80 per wheel.
I had the ones for my SRT redone with black pockets and polished CNC face plus curb rash repaired and clear coat about 6 years ago and they still look like new. They were a bit more at $135 per wheel.
